Olusegun Runsewe: Bobrisky Is A Disgrace To Nigeria, I Will Deal With Him

The Federal Government of Nigeria has threatened to deal with male cross-dresser, Okuneye Idris Olarenwaju, otherwise known as Bobrisky.

Director-General of the National Council for Arts and Culture, Otunba Olusegun Runsewe, made the disclosure in an interview with Vanguard.

His words, “Bobrisky is a national disgrace. He started by selling and using bleaching creams, now, he has grown boobs, bums and hips.

‘If a Bobrisky is doing well with his immoral lifestyle, how do you convince Nigerian youths to do the right thing? Bobrisky has the right, but not within the Nigerian environment.

“There are others like him, but they live outside the country. If we don’t address Bobrisky as early as possible, he will form a team that will spread like wildfire.

“This will result in a lot of suicide cases, because the typical Nigerian parent would not want to see their child become a Bobrisky.

“It’s not an entertainment issue, it’s a war to save Nigeria for a better tomorrow. If you start this kind…

TEXT:  ESTHER 2:7,11,20
* 7 And he brought up Hadassah, that is, Esther, his uncle's daughter: for she had neither father nor mother, and the maid was fair and beautiful; whom Mordecai when her father and mother were dead, took for his own daughter.

* 11 And Mordecai walked every day before the court of the women's house, to know how Esther did, and what should become of her.

* 20 Esther had not yet shewed her kindred nor her people; as Mordecai had charged her: for Esther did the commandment of Mordecai, like as when she was brought up with him.

There are people who are asking questions about why Esther married King Ahasuerus but this is not the session to unravel why this happened, or why that happened. Sufficient to say that (Deuteronomy 29:29 says, The secret things belong unto the LOR…

Captain Tijjani Balarabe: Unmasking ‘mastermind’ of Taraba Police Killings, Wadume Escape

His name has been everywhere and on every Nigerian’s lips. His picture is all over the social media, yet nobody knows Captain Tijjani Balarabe’s life before the Taraba saga that made him a focus of public attention and keeps him so for weeks on end. Daily Trust on Sunday has dug up everything about him – a civilian, recruit, soldier, an officer; his house, planned bakery business and more .

In the early 1990s, the dusty streets of Tudun Fera, one of the communities in Jos North Local Government, the heart of Jos in Plateau State, would have been the most tranquil in the city centre, but for an energetic first generation of secondary school leavers. Freshly out of school and ambitious, these boys cut a new, boisterous image for a neighbourhood that hitherto knew only the austere and modest lifestyle of the Islamic scholars that first settled there – their parents. The youngsters played a lot of football to fill the vacuum their graduation from secondary school had created. But their e…

Comrade Deji Adeyanju response: Nnamdi Kanu issues order for President Buhari to be arrested & disgraced in Japan

Permit me to start with the words of Marthin Luther King: “In spite of temporary victories, violence never brings permanent peace. We adopt the means of nonviolence because our end is a community at peace with itself. We will try to persuade with our words, but if our words fail, we will try to persuade with our acts.”

You have heard me say before and I will say again, Nnamdi Kanu is only a business man looking for where to collect money. He is not driven by ideology or love for the igbos. After attacking his fellow Igbo brother, Senator Ike Ekweremadu who played a significant role in ensuring his release from Kuje Prison in Germany, Kanu the businessman has called on some of his miscreants/supporters to attack President Buhari as he visits Japan. Those who were doubting me when I said Kanu is being sponsored by some element in the North can now see the clear handwriting on the wall. How can any reasonable person openly call for an attack on the president of a nation on foreign soil?…

Kano Scholarship under Senator Kwankwaso: Will Forever Remain Grateful To Kwankwaso... Murtala Muhammad ( Gener Murtala)

After struggling to finish my Secondary School, as a son of retired junior civil servant who retired almost 16years ago. I heard on radio that Kano State Government under Sen. Kwankwaso is going to sponsor students for first Degree in different countries of the world. I heard that those who have 9credits should submit their credentials to the office of the SSG. Instantly, I went and submitted my credentials, luckily enough, I was called for an examination with other students. The examination which I passed and was fully sponsored to India to study pharmacy by the administration of Sen. Kwankwaso at Shuats University where I graduated with First Class.

Kidnap kingpin Wadume makes shocking confessions, says he 'delivered' his hometown to Buhari

Kidnap kingpin, Hamisu Bala, popularly known as Wadume, has made some shocking revelations about his criminal and political activities, saying he supported President Muhammadu Buhari at the presidential election to win in his hometown.
Mr Wadume, who said he dropped out of school after junior secondary education, also said he supported opposition PDP at the governorship election in the state that Darius Ishaku won in his hometown.
He also revealed that one Babangida Musa introduced him to crime.
Mr Wadume also revealed how chains were cut off from his wrist and ankle as well as how the policemen who arrested him were killed by men of Nigerian Army.
“I am 34 years old and married to four wives. I have only four children as two of my wives are yet to conceive. We are eight of us from my mother’s womb and my parents are dead. Due to financial constraint, I had to drop out of school after Junior Secondary School. I attended Government Secondary School, Ibi,” he was quoted b…

Nigerian cop, shot by soldiers after surviving Boko Haram battles, narrates experience

He was a super cop. He had served the Nigerian Police Force (NPF) diligently, professionally, and responsively. He led many successful counter-insurgency operations in the North-east, fighting Boko Haram sect members with his entire soul and body. He led a team of security joint-task force to flush-out Boko Haram fighters from Fika town in 2016. He once led a rapid response squad to rescue 18 policemen who were held hostage by Boko Haram extremists in Borno. He was ambushed at four different times by ‘blood-thirsty’ insurgents, but he escaped unscathed. As a matter of fact, he once had an enviable record that no other police officers and men deployed to the troubled N/East could boast of.
But since after he was shot by troops of an Army Battalion in Yobe State on April 13, 2017, and then sustained a life-threatening injury in his hips, life has never been the same for Dauda Fika, a chief superintendent of police.
Not only have the fortunes of one of the finest mobile …
